Emotional expression is the nucleus of her artwork...Jessica Carter aka Moonlight and Mangos intricately fuses bright colors and bold textures to create unique mixed-media artworks on canvas, wood, glass, and repurposed materials.  Jessica's paintings, which have been displayed all over NYC, including The United Nations Secretariat Building and Madison Square Garden, feature  abstract designs and vivid images full of emotion and mystique. Her alluring qualities manifest themselves clearly through her artistic vision as well as potential for greatness, which at times appears to be nothing short of limitless. A graduate of Manhattan College with a double major in psychology and sociology, Jessica is also a writer, cartographer, wife and mother of two. Her Haitian roots, NYC childhood, and life experiences are boldly reflected on her canvas of choice.
